As mentioned above,Trish Stratus was originally supposed to face Asuka at NXT Toronto.But with her getting pregnant,she was no longer available for the match.
Trish was also supposed to work on some other dates, & she was also the first choice due to her being from Canada.
Therefore, the WWE had to go the other way around & contact Mickie to face Asuka at NXT Toronto on November 19,2016.
