It was officially declared that The Undertaker would be returning to WWE on the final episode of SmackDown before the Survivor Series PPV. Undertaker was announced for the SmackDown on 15th of November which would be live from Wilkes-Barre, PA.It's believed that the reason why he is being brought back is because of the fact that , this would be the 900th episode of SmackDown.
It's unlikely to happen that he would be a part of Survivor Series as of now but we never know what's gonna happen next so anything can be possible at the moment.
Moreover, it's believed that this could be the kickoff for his Wrestlemania 33 angle.
