#5 :- Goldberg is an Animal Lover
Yeah, you have heard it correct Goldberg is an animal lover and has 3 pet cats and a pet goat named GoatBerg. Apart from being an animal lover Goldberg is also an animal activist and is the spokesperson for American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. He was also the chairman of ASPCA he fought Congress and brought light on illegal animal fighting in the United States of America.
#4 :- Goldberg is a vegetarian.
This might be a shock for some of you but yes Goldberg is indeed a vegetarian. It's a common myth amongst people that if you are a wrestler who is having a physique like that you should be a non-vegetarian but Goldberg has a vegetarian muscle. He has remained as a vegetarian all throughout his life. Goldberg actually works as an animal activist as I have told you above so it must have something to do with that.
#3 :- Goldberg nearly ended Bret Harts career.
Goldberg, while he was facing Bret Hart for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship Hart, was struck with a Thrust Kick to the head which resulted in a severe concussion and it resulted in some serious damage to Harts' head. Later Hart suffered few more injuries which forced him to quit the sport.
#2:- Goldberg just lost 5 matches in his entire career.
Goldberg only lost 5 matches in his entire career and also those losses came when there was an outside interference which helped his opponents to capitalize the distraction converting it into a victory. Goldberg lost to Kevin Nash, Bret Hart, Scott Steiner, Booker T and Triple H. Goldberg lost his first match in 1998 when he was facing Kevin Nash ending his streak of 173wins to no loss to 173-1 .
#1.Goldberg was a football player.
Before Goldberg entered the squared circle Goldberg was an American Footballer. Goldberg used to play a role as a defensive tackler for the Georgia Bulldogs before he was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in NFL. During that time Goldberg tore his lower abdomen from his pelvis which forced him to quit American Football. And this disaster for Goldberg took him into the squared circle where he becomes one of the most iconic wrestlers of all time.
