During this weeks SmackDown tapings from Lafyette , LA , Kevin Owens was challenged by Dean Ambrose to a Last Man Standing match at the Royal Rumble Pay Per View for the Intercontinental Championship . Where Owens accepted the challenge before attacking Ambrose with the help of Sheamus . This would be Kevin Owens 3rd IC Title shot ever since TLC where he lost the title to Ambrose .
