According to PWInsider.com ,WWE has been throwing in creative pitches to bring back the old "SPOOKY" gimmicks for next week's RAW: Halloween Special Edition.
This is by far the only update on the following topic. There might be more updates in a few hours, or the WWE might want to keep this as a secret considering that some old names, such as The Boogeyman might be returning.
