We had a 12 man Tag Team match for the Summer Slam kickoff show.

There was a Backstage segment with Mick Foley, Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon. Jon Stewart comes out of no where with his son and he says he is loving the brand split. He ends up ranting on Stephanie McMahon abusing her power and then she appears behind him. Stephanie asks what good is power if you can't abuse it. They're interrupted by WWE Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods with a box of Booty-Os. They are feeling the power of positivity as they head off for their match, wanting to speak with Stewart first.

There was a backstage segment featuring Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson as doctors and then Aj Styles reunites with his former buddies. Finn Balor appears and they try to get him to do a "too sweet" but he walks off without doing it.

WWE United States Title Match: Roman Reigns vs. Rusev.
The match couldn't take place since Roman was attacked by Rusev before the match even started Rusev made his way to the ring first then when Roman was making his way to teh ring Rusev attacked Reings and both of them started brawling.Officials and trainers come to check on Rusev as Reigns is walked to the back by referees.JoJo announces that the ringside doctor has informed her that Rusev cannot compete. Rusev starts heading to the back but Reigns comes back out and spears him at ringside.
Brock Lesnar vs. Randy Orton
Winner by TKO: Brock Lesnar
Randy was busted open by Brock Lesnar with his series of punches which he threw at Orton which eventually knocked him out.Randy was lying helpless bleeding badly on the mats then the ref would declare the match in Lesnar's favour declaring him a win via a TKO.Even after the match finished Lesnar continued to attack Orton before Shane McMahon made his way to the ring in aid of Randy Orton.Shane and Brock had a face to face confrontation and in the end, Brock Lesnar hits an F5 on Shane McMahon and leaves the ring as fans booed him.
