As announced on Monday’s episode of RAW, John Cena, Enzo Amore and Big Cass vs. AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson is now official for the July 24th WWE Battleground event.
It was mentioned on Wrestling Observer Radio that there is a plan to do yet another Cena vs. Styles singles match at the August 21st SummerSlam event.Which means WWE may prolong this AJ Styles-John Cena feud even after BattleGround PPV.It's been rumored that Cena and Styles would end up on the same brand and possibly face each other for a potential SmackDown World Championship. It appears as if WWE wants to make Summer Slam event a Big Event. As noted earlier Brock Lesnar would be competing at this year's Summer Slam PPV.
However, Lesnar's opponent is not revealed yet even after the SmackDown tapings so they may announce it when they air that show on TV.We will keep you updated with that.
