If you remember Alberto Del Rio didn't wrestle in the ring ever since Royal Rumble PPV . It appears that Alberto Del Rio is dealing with some sort of back injury which is the reason why he didn't wrestle this week on the TV tapings .
It's being said that Del Rio would be re-evaluated on RAW next Monday only then the seriousness of this injury which he sustained can be determined .
It's believed that Del Rio must've sustained this injury while wrestling at the 30-men Royal Rumble match when he was hit by a vertical suplex in the hands of Brock Lesnar .
King Barrett , Sheamus and now Alberto Del Rio all of these 3 members of League Of Nation are injured .Del Rio joins the long and lenghty injured list .
