It's too early to say that Cena would face Roman Reings at Wrestlemania . Just because there was a standoff between Cena and Roman that dosen't mean that both of them would be having a feud which would result them in match against each other at Wrestlemania . And also some people do believe that Cena may face Roman Reings at Royal Rumble Pay Per View this Jannuary . All this speculation started when some fans in attendence posted some pics , here is one of the Tweets in which Cena and Roman stood against each other :

Actually WWE did have some plans of having a feud between Cena and Roman in the mid part of this year most probably at the time of Summer Slam but these plans were never really implemented and neither they were put on paper due to some other change in plans . And also there were some report's in the month of November which talked about the possiblility of this match at Wrestlemania 32 . Moreover Meltzer said that one of the possbile opponents of Roman Reings would be WWE's polarizing figure John Cena the reason for picking up a Cena vs Reings match is simple as the crowd will dislike Cena than they dislike Reings . Hence Cena would get booed and Roman would get cheered .
Meltzer said the following : It’s funny because [Roman Reigns vs. John Cena] is the idea [for WrestleMania]. I don’t know if it’s a guarantee that the fans will boo Roman Reigns more than John Cena at WrestleMania, because Reigns was booed way more than Cena was at the last WrestleMania. I mean, it wasn’t even close.”
If WWE is opting for a Cena HEEL turn then it might be a good choice . But what if the internet fans start cheering for Cena and end up booing Roman ? If this happens then the Cena HEEL turn would be an object failure .It would be interesting to see who would be turning HEEL and who would remain as face . Also if this match is to take place there is also a possibility of seeing both of them remaining as face .
What if the crowd ends up booing both of them ? Some believe Cena turning heel is what best for business and some believe there wont be much change if he does turn heel which would be an object failure . Some believe that a Cena vs Reings feud would just be a shit and waste of money while on the other hand we also see a lot of people saying that a Cena vs Roman match or feud won't be a bad booking and can be a possible money making match for the company .
